Jonathan Knowles worked with McCann to create a campaign that showcased the Perfection in Every Drop of Thatchers Gold.
The visuals focus in minute detail on the liquid’s distinctive golden colour and effervescence, as a tidal wave is transferred from tap to glass. A cheeky piece of VFX at the end transforms a final drop into an apple, reminding thirsty viewers that it’s five o’clock somewhere.
The assets were used for TV commercials, video on demand, digital media and social campaigns. TVC’s were adapted for sponsorship indents which ran on BT Sport throughout the later stages of the Rugby Premiership season, including the finals.
